He even traveled to Montreal to drive home a new fire truck. He was a member of the Trochu Elks, where he started doing a lot of cooking for Elks functions, including July 1st BBQ’s. This transitioned into a catering business with George Fabian. After retiring from farming, he went to drive for Triple B Trucking.
